How to pick the right mattress

Buying a mattress is now a harder task then buying a car. So many options, features, and benefits. You have to find what works best for you. Here are the basic things to consider when you go out and shop for mattress:

1. What position do you mostly sleep in at night?
  • Side
  • Back
  • Stomach
  • Toss and turn

2. If you didn’t sleep on a bed where would you sleep?
  • Floor
  • Couch
  • Recliner
  • Air mattress

3. How long do you plan on keeping the mattress?
  • 1-4
  • 5-9
  • 10+

4. What type of quality are you looking for?
  • Basic
  • Standard
  • Premium
  • High End

These are all basic questions to consider when you are out looking. In the process of getting your new mattress, make sure the sales associate asks at minimum these questions if not more to ensure you get what exactly you need. Remember a mattress can be a long term financial investment as well as an investment in your future. The sleep benefits as well as the health benefits are often over looked when determining what mattress is best for you!
