How to Carve a Turkey

Chef Mark is here to show you how to carve your turkey for your next harvest party.



Start first by cutting off the legs. With your knife work down towards the joint and slowly twist until they pop right off.

Another tip is to run your knife on top of the breast bone to slice off each side of it. You want to make sure that you cut against the grain to get more tender turkey.
