3 Kitchen tips for
Pizza Lovers
The average temperatures of ovens in pizza restaurants are
set between 700 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is greater
because they cook at greater volumes and to make the pizzas cook faster.
Unfortunately, the average oven in a home kitchen cannot reach that high of a
temperature. We recommend setting your oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit when
cooking your own pizza.
We suggest using a duel fuel range because the electric oven
allows you to set your temperature and keep the heat consistent throughout the
oven. This can allow your pizza to be cooked perfectly throughout the whole
pizza with an evenly brown crust and tasty melted cheese.
If you make and store your pizza regularly, we recommend
having a 4 door French door refrigerator. The Smart Divider is a great feature
that makes easier access to things like pizza pies. You can also control the
temperature of the Smart Divider. You can either set it as storage for leftover
pizza at a refrigerator temperature or you can have it as a place to keep your
frozen pizzas handy with freezing temperatures.
